Prince’s Feather

Raw-edge applique is my method of choice for attaching applique patches. The main leaf and the rosey flower at block intersections are rotated and repeated and used to frame the quilt at the border corners. The leaf is also part of the quilting design. Prince’s Feather has a very Hawaiian look.   —Joyce Robinson
